Self-ordering kiosks
Start with one kiosk. Add screens when the queue does.
Your subscription registers one kiosk device at no extra cost. Additional devices are billed monthly whichever billing cycle you are on, and only for the months they stay registered.

Billing, cancelling, hardware and extra kiosk screens — the answers below say exactly what happens and when.
What happens when the 14-day free trial ends?
Your subscription starts automatically on the billing cycle you chose at signup, and the card you added is charged for the first period — £79 for a month, or £790 for a year. Nothing else changes: your menu, your orders, your settings and your kiosk stay exactly as you left them.
We take card details up front so service never pauses mid-shift, and you are not charged a penny before day 15.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel during the 14-day trial and you are never charged. After that, cancel from your billing settings at any time — your subscription stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops. There is no cancellation fee and no phone call to make.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No contract and no minimum term. Monthly billing rolls month to month. Annual billing is simply twelve months paid up front, which is why it costs 17% less — you are not locked into a second year.
Do I need my own card reader?
You do not need to buy a card reader from us. Orders taken on your website and on the kiosk are paid for online, and the POS runs in a browser on the laptop, tablet or till you already have.
If you already take chip-and-PIN payments at the counter, carry on — CrewPOS records the order either way. Nothing in the subscription price is hardware.
What does an extra kiosk device cost?
One registered kiosk device is included in the subscription. Each additional device is £25 per device, per month, added to your bill only for the months it is registered.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing later?
Yes. Pick whichever suits you now and change it from your billing settings whenever you like. Moving to annual applies the 17% annual rate from your next renewal.
Does one subscription cover more than one site?
One subscription covers one location — its own menu, its own ordering site, its own orders and its own kiosks. If you run a second site, it takes a second subscription.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most restaurants are taking test orders the same day. Create your account, add your restaurant, build the menu in the menu builder, then turn on the channels you want — website, POS and kiosk. You can do it all during the free trial before anyone sees it.
